Job Title: Legionella Plumber
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: 28k - 40k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is recruiting for a qualified Legionella Plumber to cover a range of commercial and local authority client sites. Ideally, candidates will have good access to major roads (such as M1 and M62) for easier travel. It is essential that candidates hold NVQ Plumbing qualifications and the G3 Unvented ticket. We can also consider candidates based in the Midlands region for this role. Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong track record working as a Legionella Plumber, within a well-established outfit
- Will hold the G3 Unvented Ticket and NVQ Plumbing Levels (1, 2 and / or 3)
- Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Comfortable discussing technical matters directly with clients
- Ideally will hold the CSCS card
- Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
- Identifying system performance issues from legionella risk assessment reports and carrying out appropriate repairs
- TMV servicing and replacements
- Deadleg removals
- Cleans on cold water storage tanks, in addition to refurbishments and replacements
- New installations of TMVs and Cold water storage tanks
- Installations of hot water cylinders
- Pipework modifications and installations
- Cleans and disinfections on water systems
- Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Producing regular technical reports
